You will be responsible for managing the customers' needs and relationship whilst also developing and maintaining long-term agreements.You will be responsible for the management of existing contracts and the submission of competitive offers, whilst also identifying ongoing growth opportunities through existing portfolios.Our ideal candidate is someone who leads with an entrepreneurial flair, is naturally curious, is naturally resilient, and is able to influence to achieve the desired outcome.A normal day in the role of National Account Manager includes:Developing and implementing strategic account plans that align with the customer and deliver budget requirementsGrowing the current portfolios through insights and NPD that align with the customer and identifying and developing NPD for new categoriesManaging and negotiating the correct outcome and contracts for the customer and ScalzoDeveloping strong influential internal relationshipsPlanning weekly/monthly/yearly actions required to deliver objectivesTo be in the running for this role, you should have:Previous experience in an account management or sales position working in private labelExperience and/or overseeing product development (desired)Strong financial P&L experience (desired)A 'can do' attitude – you are passionate about delivering improvementsThe understanding of the importance of collaboration and leverage from stakeholdersAn entrepreneurial flair; always searching for 'what's next' and can lead with agilityExceptional organisational and planning skillsFMCG industry experience (desired)To apply for this amazing opportunity, hit the apply button nowIf you feel as though you don't meet 100% of the criteria, we encourage you to still applyScalzo Foods is committed to nurturing, creating, and building a diverse environment.
