What's in it for you? We are looking for a Japanese speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team and help ensure our top Japanese customers get the best service in the industry. As our VIP Host, you'll be the heartbeat of our most valuable players' experiences, creating and maintaining strong relationships with our VIP clients and ensuring they receive the highest level of service and exclusive benefits.
Your role with us: As our Japanese-speaking VIP Host, you'll be the face of our online casino, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our high-value players. Your goal is not just to resolve issues, but to provide tailored solutions that go above and beyond their expectations, making each interaction a memorable experience. Building trust and rapport with our VIP players will be your daily mission.

Please note that in this role our team works 6 days a week for 6 hours a day. Your hours and location of work are below: Mon - Friday - 9am - 2pm (Office)
Mon - Friday - 9pm - 11pm (Home)
Saturday - 9am - 2pm + 9pm - 11pm (Home) OR Sunday - 9am - 2pm + 9pm - 11pm (Home)

What you will do: Develop and maintain trusted relationships with new and existing high value clients.Understand the client's objectives and decision-making process.Actively manage the assigned accounts, ensuring all enquiries are followed through.Identify and grow opportunities within your client base.Ensure the timely and successful delivery of products, in line with customer needs.Analyze client behaviours and overall value to the business.Make optimal use of communication tools to engage with VIP players.Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience.What you will bring: Minimum 1 year experience working in a customer service environment.Excellent communication and writing skills.Bilingual in English and Japanese.Sports or Marketing Qualifications preferred but not required.High level of global sports knowledge.Cryptocurrency knowledge is advantageous.Proficient with Google Suite, Slack, Jira & Intercom.Some of the perks of working for us: EAP access for you and your family.Access to over 9,000 courses across our Learning and Development Platform.Daily catered breakfast.Fun office environment with gaming consoles."We are a 2024 Circle Back Initiative Employer – we commit to respond to every applicant."
