Collectively our businesses offer our clients a fully integrated and cohesive marketing and creative solutions, encompassing digital solutions, retail display innovation, point of sale, merchandising, printing, new product activation and installation, shop fitting, and specialist packaging.About the role of Account ManagerReporting to the Group Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the growth and nourishment of your existing portfolio of clients, across a number of B2B and B2C channels including all Retail, FMCG, QSR, and P&C.
The role itself is a hybrid account management and project focused role, so the ideal candidate would be comfortable with face-to-face dealings with clients as well as managing suppliers.
The ideal candidate is likely to have worked in the POS world, of VM or print, temporary corrugated display and packaging able to manage projects from ideation to installation.
The role calls for a creative, dynamic, ambidextrous, organised and resilient individual that loves variety and just "gets" retail.About the roleBuild and preserve trusting relationships with new and existing clientsManage and develop major accountsIdentify opportunities to win new business and increase marginQualify client needs and challenges and recommend creative solutionsPrepare and lead client presentationsProvide exceptional customer service to clientsTroubleshoot and resolve client complaints and queries quickly and effectively and escalate as necessaryAct as the day-to-day liaison between the client and all other departments, contacts and suppliers.Develop client contracts/services agreementsNegotiate terms and conditions and investment with clientsDefine project plans, budgets, risks and deliverablesDrive project execution internally with all key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered to budget and deadlineKnow customer profiles and deliver customer centricity.Generate sales through expert product knowledge after trainingEnd to end transaction managementAbout youYou have 3+ years previous experience within the POS, corrugated display or packaging spaceExperience in Retail Display, POS, VM, and Print highly desirableInnovative and Commercially mindedExcellent analytical and commercial acumenA natural collaborator with the ability to grow accountsHave outstanding excellent written and verbal communication skillsYou will have great influencing and negotiation skillsThe ability to work in partnership with your account to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.Outstanding networking and relationship building skillsAbility to work both autonomously and as part of a teamCritical to your success will be your proven ability to develop new business, experience and track record in managing contractual relationships and diverse client groups.CultureWe are a Global Retail Marketing Solutions business.
