Key Details Facility: 115-bed Nursing Home catering to both low and high care needs.Salary: $150,000 + SuperSupport Structure: Facility Manager > 2x Care Managers > Internal Quality & Education Support > Nurses > Care Staff.Compliance: Fully-accredited and running stably.Provider: Join a well-established for-profit organization with a strong reputationKey Responsibilities Inspire and Lead: Motivate and manage a multidisciplinary team, focusing on staff development, workforce planning, and operational excellence.Drive Financial Success: Manage budgets, drive occupancy, while maintaining exceptional care standards.Ensure Compliance: Oversee adherence to accreditation standards, safety regulations, and legislative requirements, leading quality improvement initiatives.Champion Excellence: Deliver outstanding resident care, exceed stakeholder expectations, and foster an environment of continuous improvement.Innovate and Optimize: Implement changes that reduce risk, enhance processes, and deliver measurable outcomes for residents and staff.Key Requirements The provider is particularly focused on strong business acumen for this site.
