Nursing - Aged Care (Healthcare & Medical)
Facility Manager - East Melbourne We are partnering with a well-established, community-focused organisation to recruit a highly skilled and experienced Facility Manager.
This is a unique opportunity for a Registered Nurse with a strong background in aged care management, financial acumen, and a collaborative leadership style.
The Facility Manager will oversee a large, fully-accredited Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF) that holds accreditation until May 2026.
Key Benefits: Competitive salary package up to $175k base + super + salary packaging optionsKPI-based performance bonusesOn-site car parkingAccess to further education and professional developmentSupportive, long-tenured clinical teamFull occupancy with no reliance on agency staffVery motivated and dedicated team within the homeEssential Criteria: Registered Nurse (RN DIV 1) qualification is essentialProven management experience within the aged care sectorStrong background in strategy implementation and operational leadershipExceptional financial management skills with at least 5 years of senior-level experienceAbility to effectively train, educate, and motivate teamsIn-depth experience with budget management and financial reportingHigh-level communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated leadership capabilitiesIn this role, you will report directly to the CEO.
Your focus will be on maintaining high occupancy levels, an effective workforce and ensuring the facility's AN-ACC targets are maximised.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with community stakeholders is key, as is your expertise in business development.
The facility boasts a low staff turnover, with strong support from a dedicated Quality Coordinator, Funding Coordinator, and Clinical Managers.
