Facility Manager - East Melbourne Currently working exclusively with this community-based organisation to assist them in securing an excellent Facility Manager.
You must be a Registered Nurse for this position; the successful applicant will have proven experience in aged care management, excellent business acumen, and a collaborative management style.
The role is looking after a large RACF, that is fully accredited until 2027.
Benefits: Up to $175k base + super + packagingAdditionally, KPI Bonus every 6 monthsSalary packaging options availableMulti-state provider with excellent peer supportOn-site car parkingFurther education and developmentLong-standing Clinical TeamFull occupancy and no agency usage within this homeEssential Criteria: RN DIV 1 Essential for this positionExtensive management experience within Aged CareStrategy implementation experienceExcellent financial management skills, with at least 3 years senior level experienceAbility to train, educate and motivate staffGood experience across financial management & budgetsHigh-level communication skillsFantastic leadership skillsReporting to the board, including a very hands-on CEO, your role will be to ensure occupancy and AN ACC are maximised.
The previous FM was in the position for a number of years, so it is essential you can maintain the connections with stakeholders in the community as well as be proficient with Business Development.
The facility itself has a very low turnover in staff and also has a Quality Manager, ANACC Coordinator, and a very good CM.
