About Our Client:
Our client is a trusted provider of high-quality aged care services, committed to delivering exceptional care to residents while fostering a positive and supportive work environment for their staff.
They are currently seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations of their Aged Care Residence.
About the Role:
As Facility Manager, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of the residence's operations, ensuring compliance with Aged Care Standards and regulations, and delivering high-quality care to residents.
You will manage staff, budgets, and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining a positive and efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Staff Management: Supervise staff and ensure a collaborative, team-oriented environment.Budget & Financial Management: Assist with budget preparation, monitor costs, and ensure efficient resource use.Continuous Improvement & Compliance: Lead quality improvement initiatives and maintain Aged Care Accreditation Standards.Care Coordination: Collaborate with the Clinical Manager to ensure high-quality care for residents.Training & Development: Oversee staff training programs, ensuring compliance with mandatory training.Risk & WHS Management: Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety standards and maintain a safe working environment.Skills & Experience: Proven leadership experience in aged care or a similar healthcare environment.Knowledge of aged care regulations (preferred but not essential).Financial management skills, including budget preparation and cost control.Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams.Ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure.Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic rostering systems.Personal Attributes: Approachable, patient, and empathetic, with a passion for delivering exceptional care.A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organisational and time management skills.What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.A positive and supportive work environment.Opportunities for professional development and training.The chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of residents and staff.Key Personnel Requirements:
