En toda nuestra empresa, valoramos la diversidad y respetamos la dignidad, la privacidad y los derechos personales de cada empleado.En Galderma, damos activamente a nuestros equipos razones para creer en nuestra ambiciosa meta de convertirnos en la principal empresa de dermatología del mundo.Objetivo principal: Lograr objetivos de ventas establecidos, mediante la negociación con los mayoristas, cadenas de farmacias y clientes de canal moderno (supermercados, club de precios, tiendas de conveniencia, etc) contribuyendo a satisfacer las necesidades de los mismos, mejorando la penetración en el mercado dermatológico.Responsabilidades clave:Colaborar con el Gerente Comercial en el establecimiento y en la ejecución de la estrategia local con el fin de alcanzar las metas establecidas para la división.Colaborar en el diseño, implementación y monitoreo de los planes requeridos para incrementar la eficiencia de la división.Preparar reportes sobre los resultados de su función y explicar las desviaciones al Gerente Comercial.Proponer iniciativas para mejorar los resultados de la división, así como comunicar los requerimientos financieros y de personal para lograr los resultados esperados.Implementar estrategias definidas por las Unidades de Negocio para comercializar los productos de Galderma en México.Ejecutar actividades para el Sell-in y Sell-Out de productos de Galderma, considerando la estrategia de crecimiento local definida por las diferentes Unidades de Negocio de Galderma México.Realizar negociaciones con clientes para la colocación de productos de Galderma, buscando obtener los mejores beneficios para la compañía.Identificar oportunidades de mercado y comunicarlas a las unidades de negocio para su análisis y evaluación.Requisitos mínimosFormación Académica: Carreras administrativas, ingeniería, mercadeo o carreras afines.Experiencia laboral: Mínimo 3 años de experiencia como Gerente de Cuentas Clave en la industria farmacéutica.Competencias: Orientación al logro, orientación al cliente, análisis numérico, trabajo en equipo, análisis y solución de problemas, tolerancia a la presión, pensamiento estratégico, planeación y organización, creatividad e innovación y relaciones interpersonales.Sueldo estimado: $120,000 MXN anuales
