You will be responsible for managing and independently running the operations of a busy site.
A focus on delivering defect-free results is essential.
You will play an exciting part in supervising and coordinating the construction of your homes and ensure that trades meet quality, timelines, and OH&S objectives.Come to work each day to be yourself and get paid for what you love to do - being Site Management and building our customers' dream homes in this booming region.
Reporting to the Building Support Manager, your responsibilities will include: Be the primary point of contact for clients during the build stage of the project and be responsible for the overall execution and quality finish of homes.Managing the overall site performance of our home construction process.Partner with your Construction Manager and go through each of your jobs on your Clickhomes and be supportive to you.Maximising site production by ensuring sub-contract trade availability.Scheduling and meeting trades on site.Proactively resolving build issues, liaising with your clients.Continuously reviewing building practices and procedures.Ensuring compliance with and delivery of established cost management and project management practices.Fostering a positive and focused culture where customer service and teamwork is paramount.Ensure build qualities are to the highest standard.Hand over your customers' keys and settlement pack to your customer.
