The role involves collaboration across WSLHD to improve patient outcomes and promote clinical excellence through collaboration, clinical guidance, and active participation with multidisciplinary teams.In this role you will be :Leading development and enhancement of rehabilitation services.Providing expert consultancy on health assessments and care pathways.Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in care planning.Coordinating patient referrals and rehabilitation plans.Applying your experience and knowledge in clinical excellence, research, and professional leadership.How to ApplyApply online by submitting your resume and addressing the criteria listed below by providing examples that demonstrate your ability before the closing date.Essential Criteria :Qualification : Postgraduate Rehabilitation Care qualifications relevant to the field.Registration : Current and valid registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.Selection Criteria :At least five (5) years full-time equivalent post-registration experience, with at least 3 years full-time equivalent in Rehabilitation Care.
