3-6 month contract role with one of Australia's largest energy retailers Provide support to two members of the Technology Leadership team reporting into the EA to CIO Work in a complex ever-changing environment and contribute at a high level Start date January 6th or 13th State of the art office space near public transport Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Team Coordinator to join their dynamic team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to assist with the organisation and management of Business Unit related activities, predominantly supporting the Heads of' but also the wider business unit.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with company policies, and undertaking project work as directed.
What you'll do:
Provide accurate and proactive email and diary management, filing management (paper and electronic) and version control Organise and coordinate various events including management meetings, functions, workshops and departmental travel arrangements Ensure accurate creation of Purchase Requisitions and undertake routine payment and reconciliation of incoming invoices and accounts Manage the approval process in Lighthouse, HRIS, SAP, Fraedom expenses, CMAM delegations of authority Ensure communications and relationships with internal and external stakeholders comply with company behaviours and personality Undertake project work as directed What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Team Coordinator position brings strong communication skills, attention to detail, advanced Microsoft Office skills, effective organisational abilities, proven experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders (internal and external), demonstrated integrity especially in relation to confidential matters.
Your ability to customise and maintain highly effective office data systems will be crucial in this role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to adjust messages for the audience Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Design Tools and PowerPoint) Very effective organisational skills Ability to customise and maintain highly effective office data and information management systems Demonstrated integrity and honesty especially in relation to confidential and sensitive issues Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
