Account & Relationship Management (Sales) Full time Join the sales team at MBN security Pty ltd as a full-time Relationship Manager based in Brisbane QLD 4000.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and driving business growth.
What you'll be doing Developing and managing relationships with a portfolio of strategic accountsUnderstanding customers' needs and pain points, and proposing tailored solutionsNegotiating and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targetsCollaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer serviceIdentifying and pursuing new business opportunities within your accountsProviding regular updates and reports on account performanceContributing to the development of the company's sales strategyWhat we're looking for Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Account & Relationship Management role, preferably within the Security Sales industryStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customersExcellent negotiation and problem-solving skillsProficiency in using CRM systems to manage customer data and pipelineAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsDriven and self-motivated, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsWhat we offer Competitive salary and commission structureOpportunities for professional development and career advancementSupportive and collaborative work environmentWork-life balance initiatives, such as flexible working arrangementsAbout us MBN security Pty ltd is a leading provider of security solutions in the Australian market.
