Facilities Manager - Residential Aged Care - Large FacilityWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Facility Manager to lead a large residential care facility in providing exceptional care and service for residents.
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the well-being of seniors and veterans while driving operational excellence in a multi-resident home.
RoleAs Facility Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the facility's operations, including care delivery, lifestyle programs, and governance.
You will lead a diverse team to ensure residents experience a safe, welcoming, and high-quality home-like environment, while maintaining compliance and budgetary requirements.
Leadership: Inspire and manage a multidisciplinary team, promoting engagement, development, and high performance.Operational Excellence: Oversee facility operations, including clinical care, food services, and lifestyle programs.Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to aged care regulations and standards, including risk management and accreditation processes.Resident-Centric Care: Create a culturally safe and supportive environment that respects residents' identities, backgrounds, and preferences.Community Engagement: Build relationships with local groups and veterans' organisations, enhancing the facility's reputation and community involvement.Financial Management: Manage budgets effectively, including labour costs and operational expenses.PersonMinimum of 5 years' leadership experience in operational or administrative roles, ideally in healthcare, aged care, or customer-focused sectors.Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and compliance requirements.Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.Compassionate and empathetic approach to leadership and resident care.Postgraduate qualifications in Business Administration or Health Management.Understanding of the aged care regulatory environment and veterans' needs.ApplyTo apply for this position, submit your CV in WORD format via Seek.
