Baskerville Tavern is a family-friendly and dog-friendly Restaurant & Brewery looking for a confident, competent and friendly Casual Duty Manager to join our team We pride ourselves on giving the best customer service, great beer and great foodOur historic venue is situated in the beautiful Swan Valley, 25km from Perth CBD.The opportunity exists for anywhere between 15 hours and 30 hours a week.The successful applicant must:have an RSA and Approved Managers cardhave 1+ years of bar and waitstaff experience, including management experiencebe comfortable both behind the bar, running and serving foodhave an efficient work ethicbe capable of working independently and as an effective member of a team with a friendly and presentable demeanourhave reliable transport (limited public transport in the area)be available weekdays (day and night) and weekends (day and night)Key responsibilities will include:POS operationsKnowledge of alcoholic beverages, including local wines and spirits, and the beer brewed in the onsite brewery, Slumdog Brewing Co.Efficient food service, including clearing and resetManaging a team during busy periodsEfficiently opening and closing the venueEmail your details, Resume, and cover letter to us.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a duty manager?How many years of people management experience do you have?Do you hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate?Do you have a current Western Australian approved managers liquor licence?
