About the Role As a Business / Data Analyst within the Cloud Adoption & Delivery Technology Tribe, you will work closely with our divisional aligned cloud success partners (product owners) to ensure the execution of the accelerated engineering program for cloud and co-lo migration.
You will proactively maintain the program schedule using agile methodologies while bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions by understanding the data and delivery landscape.

Collaborate closely with internal customers to build a shared application roadmap using project management skills and artifacts for Cloud and Colo migration.
You will manage senior stakeholder relationships, cross-functional team collaboration, and bring in industry best practices for managing large program scope.
You will engage with internal teams addressing all current and future drivers of change (i.e., ALM), driving the roadmap to completion with relevant CDIS (Cloud Data Infrastructure Services) teams.

What will your day look like?
Build and maintain project schedule ensuring data accuracy using JIRA, Qlik, Service Now, automation and other data analytic tools.
Analyse, model and interpret data from multiple sources and clearly present a range of metrics for senior leaders.
Communicate with stakeholders and translate business needs into solutions.
Work with ambiguity, managing competing priorities and consulting with multiple stakeholders.
Engage with the internal customer and stakeholders to ensure you are working on the right deliverables and they represent value to them.
Tackle complex problems using critical thinking, networking, and available data to drive better outcomes for our customers and the bank.
Identify your own development areas, seeking feedback and providing feedback to help others learn and grow.
What will you bring?
Expertise in JIRA reporting (using queries) and automation.
Expertise in Qlik usage (data analytics and producing reports) & development.
Strong confluence skills.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Solid understanding of ServiceNow.
Exceptional communication and people skills to facilitate business analysis outcomes with large senior stakeholder groups.
Experience in translating requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Experience coordinating and delivering reporting.
Strong awareness of banking and finance industry trends and threats (technology, products, regulatory environment, competitors, innovations).
Ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement solutions for more effective analysis.
