We are looking for a team lead or principal consultant, as well as strong consultants, preferably with Public Sector experience.
About the Role
Source candidates via multiple channels and conduct thorough interviews.
Provide outstanding service to candidates, genuinely interested in their career aspirations and building strong relationships.
Screen resumes, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process, from preparation to final offer negotiation.
Further develop relationships with existing businesses and identify new business opportunities.
Conduct sales calls to establish relationships with new clients.
Work closely with existing and potential client contacts to understand their businesses and anticipate their recruitment needs.
Handle the job process from beginning to end, including short-listing, making expert recommendations, and maintaining relationships.
Develop and release job postings on various platforms, such as social media and job boards.
Take an entrepreneurial approach to manage your 'desk' like your own business.
About You
Driven and highly motivated.
Recruitment experience in Government/Council is a plus.
Confident in establishing new relationships with diverse individuals.
Ability to handle adversity and rejection.
Demonstrate self-management, drive, passion for excellence, initiative, and hard work.
Outstanding communication skills and corporate presentation.
Positive, friendly, and upbeat personality
