You will play a key role in driving profitability while ensuring the highest levels of operational integrity and safety across all aspects of our business, safeguarding both our people and our performance.Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Executive GM to develop strategic plans that enhance efficiency, profitability, and service delivery across the region.Engage directly with key clients to ensure their needs are met, building strong relationships that foster growth and long-term success.Analyse financial metrics to ensure profitable operations while identifying cost-saving opportunities.Inspire, coach, and develop employees to maximize their potential, creating a positive inclusive work environment.Ensure full compliance with all company policies, including Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental standards as well as Workers Compensation protocols.You will bring:Sound knowledge and experience of the transport industry.Expertise in Chain of Responsibility WHS/OHS, and NHVR.Proven ability to lead and motivate teams with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.Strong commercial and business acumen.Proven experience handling HR matters at the frontline, including ER/IR matters.We foster a warm supportive culture grounded in our values: Safety, Customer Service, People and Community, and Innovation.We are looking for people who share our values
