Chief Commercial Officer, Director, Business Leader | MBA, GAICD, B.Sc 1 HonsThe Role Prime Capital has an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, experienced BDM in the non-bank or commercial finance sector to join our national BDM team and help develop our existing Queensland broker franchise.
Utilising our Sales System, the successful candidate will be responsible for increasing loan volumes and expanding Prime's broker footprint across the State.

Founded in 1997, Prime Capital has financed over $3.5 billion of loans, working exclusively with the broker community.
Key Responsibilities Identifying new brokers, engaging with them, and forming strong broker relationshipsPromoting Prime Capital's products and services at broker professional days and aggregator eventsProviding a single point of contact for brokers, from loan application to settlementWorking in close concert with Prime Capital's credit and leadership teamCollaborating with the national BDM team to develop marketing strategy and provide seamless backupQualifications 2 to 4 years' prior industry-related business development experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA network of broker contactsProven execution of successful business development strategies within the industryIndustry and/or university qualifications are highly desirablePrime Capital offers an attractive base salary and an annual incentive scheme.
