Jobs to be donePartner with business leaders to understand business needs and set the people agenda that supports business growth.Proactively connect the dots, leveraging analytics and data to make strategic people decisions.Lead, execute and measure people outcomes and impact on business.Be a strategic thinker with operational excellence, not stopping at strategic consulting but driving end-to-end delivery.Drive people-related changes with thoughtfulness, attention to detail and strategic mindset.Well-versed in the end-to-end lifecycle of People from attracting, hiring, growing, managing, to off-boarding.Collaborate with COE Pod members to bring expertise to the business; engage proactively with the liaisons to spar and problem solve.Experiences8-10 years experience in HR Craft.Proven experience leading changes and transformations.Experience working in a complex, global environment with changing priorities.KnowledgeIndustry business acumen including Atlassian.Solid view of HR processes and improvements.Translates business strategy to people strategy.SkillsAbility to influence leaders in the business.Strong troubleshooting skills and analytical mindset.Able to simplify and focus on highest priority issues.Agility to adapt to changing priorities.AttributesIdentifies and leads innovation and improvements.Analytical ability to derive counter-intuitive insights.Proactively adapts to and plans for change.Trustworthiness at the highest levels of Atlassian.Atlassian offers a variety of perks and benefits to support you, your family and to help you engage with your local community.
