The role
Are you a qualified and experienced mechanic looking for an exciting opportunity to provide roadside assistance to customers?
Autocare Australia pty ltd is seeking a full-time Roadside Assistance Mechanic to join our team in Sydney, NSW.

What you'll be doing
Responding promptly to customer callouts and performing minor vehicle repairs and maintenance at the roadside Assessing vehicle issues and providing temporary fixes or arranging towing services as needed Maintaining a fully stocked and organised service van to ensure you have the necessary tools and parts on hand Providing excellent customer service and serving as the face of our company Ensuring all work is carried out to the highest safety and quality standards Adhering to all company policies, procedures and safety regulations What we're looking for
Relevant trade qualification or equivalent experience as a mechanic Proven experience in roadside assistance or mobile automotive repair Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Excellent customer service orientation and communication abilities A valid driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays What we offer
