I am on the lookout for a true game-changer.
If you've got leadership high kicks, a knack for delivering strategy, and the ability to vibe-check a room like Ted Lasso, this gig is for you.

This isn't just about running an outbound contact centre.
It's about creating a space where 300 people (200 in Perth, 100 in Manila) feel energised, empowered, and ready to deliver their best every single day.

What You'll Be Doing I have the full JD but I am not looking for someone who ticks the JD boxes, I'm looking for a special kind of someone, a unique person who makes people feel special and can fill a room by just being in it.
I will cover off the main bits of what your days will look like, and then we can dive into the detail when we meet.

Big Picture, Big Heart : Lead 3-4 direct reports while overseeing two unique floors.
One handles "quick wins" (think triage phone calls), and the other focuses on brokering longer term relationships.
Your job?
Make sure it all hums like a finely tuned orchestra.
Boost the Energy : You'll create an environment where performance soars, people feel valued, and everyone shows up because they want to, not just because they have to.
Stay on Track : You'll know when things are clicking and when they're not.
