Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong operational background with a proven track record in managing large-scale events. If you are a multitasking wizard with a passion for hospitality, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities: Oversee all sales pipeline for banqueting and events business ensuring exceptional service delivery and attention to detail.Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, providing expert guidance throughout the planning process.Manage and maintain high pipeline of corporate, weddings and tradeshows business for the resort.Prepare and manage event budgets, including cost control and profitability analysis.Attend relevant tradeshow and networking events to ensure sales pipeline remains consistent.Qualifications: Proven experience in event management, particularly in banquet operations within a hotel or resort environment.Strong operational background with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.What We Offer: Opportunity to work in a beautiful resort setting with a talented and supportive team.Professional development opportunities to grow your career in the hospitality industry.A vibrant and engaging work culture that values creativity and innovation.How to Apply:
