About the role : Our Shift Supervisors supervise and coordinate all the activities that occur on their shift, most importantly the employees on their rostered shift.
Through leading others, they provide outstanding employee and guest experiences each shift that meet brand operations, safety and legislative requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate shift activities and staff.Ensure compliance with brand operations, safety, and legislative requirements.Deliver exceptional guest experiences.Foster a positive team environment.Maintain safety and security protocols.Skills & experience: Supervisory experience preferable.Passion for exceeding guest expectations.High level of energy and sense of urgency.Great communication skills.Highly organised.Works well in a fast-paced restaurant environment.Qualifications : First Aid and CPR (desirable).National Food Safety Supervisor (desirable).Fire Training (desirable).National Police Check.Why Hungry Jack's?
