The Opportunity: We currently have an exciting opportunity for a trade qualified HV Electrician to join our team as a Product Support Advisor.
This permanent role will allow you to access OEM training while you build a long-term career in a global company.
Working an 8/6 roster from the Goldfields, you will work as part of a team and drive the reliability and availability of the mobile fleet while keeping an impeccable safety record.
Main ResponsibilitiesOrganising and providing feedback on any reliability related issues or concerns regarding the large fleet of Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia (HCA) mining equipment onsite.Providing assistance to Service Personnel and Parts and Service Advisors as required, helping with parts and technical concerns.Identify areas for improvement and work with the customer to address any shortcomings.Escalate all issues to relevant teams in a timely manner.Maintain open communication and good working relationships with customers, peers, and other departments.Ensure that all interactions with internal and external customers and stakeholders are professional and courteous, promoting Hitachi's promise of Total Customer Satisfaction.To be successful in this role you will have:Relevant HV trade qualifications.A desire for the next step in your HV career.Previous experience in a leadership role with frontline operational experience (Desirable).Working knowledge of planning and scheduling with the ability to deliver in tight timeframes.Demonstrated background experience with Hitachi mobile equipment (highly regarded).Good communication and customer service skills with the ability to build long-term relationships.Safety focus and adherence to site safety processes.BenefitsPermanent Full-Time Position in a leading OEM with long-term job security.Competitive pay rate + company biannual bonuses.Qantas points/status credits for site travel.Reimbursements for transport to and from home to airport or airport parking.Brand new HP Laptop provided to new employees.190 hours annual leave & 76 hours personal leave per annum.Relocation assistance if required.Opportunity to work on the entirety of the Hitachi range, including a new fleet of trucks and excavators.Exclusive staff discounts on Medibank Health Cover and Hitachi appliances, and other products & services.OEM training and opportunities for upskilling with access to the latest technologies.Supportive mentors who value your input in finding new and improved ways to achieve success.Career progression in a leading OEM.Be part of a leading OEM which genuinely values and ensures everyone is happy and safe at workAbout the CompanyDistributor of Hitachi, Bell, and John Deere products and services for the construction, mining, quarry, forestry, demolition, and recycling industries.
