The Role:As the Business / Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing operations across all our venues.
Reporting directly to the Founders, you will be responsible for embedding effective systems and processes, managing both Front of House and Back of House teams, and driving key metrics such as sales, COGS (Cost of Goods Sold), and labor costs.
Your leadership will ensure consistent service quality, operational efficiency, and exceptional guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:Oversee Cost Controls: Monitor and control operational costs while maintaining service excellence.Lead Operations: Ensure high standards across multiple restaurant locations.Franchise Development: Manage the development and onboarding of new franchisees.Team Management: Mentor and manage restaurant managers through training, support, and goal-setting.Systems & Processes: Create & improve policies and procedures to boost productivity and streamline operations.Financial Management: Budget preparation, revenue management, and forecasting.Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze operational and financial metrics to identify opportunities for increased profitability and margin growth.Supplier Relations: Manage procurement and supplier relationships, ensuring quality and cost control.Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the executive team on strategies for long-term growth and market positioning.Cost Control Initiatives: Spearhead initiatives including waste reduction and effective inventory management.Qualifications:Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry, ideally with multi-location oversight.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead teams.Extensive experience in restaurant operations, with a focus on store openings and service launches.Success in both large franchised groups and smaller privately owned businesses.Solid financial acumen with an understanding of KPIs and margin improvement strategies.Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills.Confidence and operational expertise to design and implement effective systems and processes.Proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for driving operational excellence and growth.Familiarity with Japanese cuisine, particularly ramen, is a bonus but not required.Why Join Us?Impactful Role: Lead a critical function with the opportunity to shape systems, processes, and supplier strategies.Growth Opportunities: Be part of a company with an exciting growth trajectory and plans for local and international franchising.Collaborative Environment: Work with a dynamic, forward-thinking leadership team.Competitive Compensation: Enjoy a competitive salary package with potential performance-based bonuses.Unique Business Model: Join an innovative hospitality business making waves in the industry.Supportive Culture: Thrive in a supportive and collaborative work environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
