Ideally based in Sydney, with the ability to support and work in various branches, in this role you will be tasked to build new client relationships and to drive new business.
This role is pivotal to the success of our business and is considered a critical member of our strata branch network in NSW.
Reporting directly to the National Head of Business Development, as the Business Development Manager you will have direct accountability for:
Building relationships and developing referral networks to create a sales pipelineDelivering sales presentations and new business proposals to support the conversion of new businessPromoting PICA Group management services to potential customersDemonstrating creativity and innovation in a way to engage with and attract potential customersNegotiating terms and contracts with new customersWorking closely and in partnership with the branch manager network and frontline branch staff to help increase new business opportunitiesDelivering a high level of customer service to both internal and external customersDeveloping and implementing sales plans and actions to meet and exceed sales budgetsBeing an active member of the branch network by attending branch meetings and forming relationships with branch personnel to leverage relationships and generate warm referralsEnsuring the Sales CRM (Salesforce) is accurately updated to ensure a transparent and efficient sales experience and appropriate tracking and reportingIn this role you will have the opportunity to work autonomously, show off your exceptional time management skills, develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues, and work across multiple locations.

Ideally you will have:
