Opportunity for contract extensions & transition into permanent Exceptional time management & multi-tasking skills required Healthy work life balance - hours between 35-38 hrs p/w ABOUT THE COMPANY.
Based in Sydney, work for your Local Council as a PA to the Manager.
Your administrative contributions will support the overall operations of the team on a daily basis.
This position will be based full-time in the office.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
An initial 6 month contract, with the view for on-going extensions.
Your team is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to work in collaboration with the team to manage the office and diaries of the team's officers.
Prior Council experience is highly preferred.
DUTIES.
* Manage the email inbox, calendar and appointments, and briefing requests * Coordinate and prepare meeting briefs, minutes and correspondence * Undertake research and analysis to support project * Involvement with raising purchase orders SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
* Experience within a personal assistant or executive assistant position * Government experience (highly regarded) * Customer centric approach with confidence in dealing with stakeholders * High level of interpersonal skills and a 'proactive' approach to work CULTURE.
