We are seeking a Graduate to Junior level Transport Engineer and a Senior Transport Engineer to join our dynamic team.

The Role - Senior Transport Engineer This is a hands-on role requiring proficiency in the areas outlined above, along with the ability to effectively carry out the following responsibilities: Assisting with Planning and Environment appeal matters; Renewable and major infrastructure projects; Parking demand assessments; Bicycle and pedestrian network planning; Public transport network planning; Road safety audits and vehicle crash analysis; Transportation network and corridor assessments; Certification of constructed car parking arrangements; Ability to manage your own projects, and clients while providing training to Junior staff; Preparation of proposals and budgets for projects; Detailed review and input into carpark layouts, service areas, masterplans, functional road concepts.
About You: Senior Role - A degree in Civil Engineering with at least 5 years experience; Strong knowledge of State and Local Government traffic and transport policies and Australian Standards; Excellent time management and attention to detail; Strong written and verbal communication skills and able to demonstrate this.
The Role – Graduate to Junior Transport Engineer Assisting and Preparing Traffic Impact Assessment reports for development applications; Reviewing and providing comments on traffic elements of development plans including swept path analysis utilising Vehicle Tracking software; Analysing and summarising traffic survey data, Performing traffic modelling of intersection capacity utilising Excel and SIDRA; Designing high-level concept sketches of road infrastructure upgrades utilising AutoCAD; Undertake site inspections to observe existing conditions and operations of various transport networks; Undertake car park compliance reviews against relevant industry standards and guidelines; A genuine passion for building a career in Traffic/Transport Engineering; Open to learning a broad range of guidelines and standards required for everyday engineering.
About You: Graduate to Junior Role - A degree in Civil Engineering with at least 1-3 years experience; A genuine passion for building a career in Traffic/Transport Engineering; Permanent Australian Residency, with full rights to work; Experience in using AutoCAD in a work environment.
