Our client is seeking a dynamic National Sales Manager to lead the sales strategy across Australia and champion the brand's commitment to exceptional quality and customer experience.
Role Overview:As the National Sales Manager, you will drive the brand's presence in both retail and wholesale channels across the country.
In this key leadership role, you'll develop and execute strategies to increase market share, foster strong relationships with key accounts, and lead a passionate sales team dedicated to success.
This role is perfect for a sales leader with a background in fashion, particularly footwear or apparel, who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy Development: Build and implement a comprehensive sales strategy, setting clear objectives to drive growth across Australia.Key Account Management: Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with major retail accounts, ensuring optimal product placement and brand representation.Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative sales initiatives to enhance market penetration and brand loyalty.Sales Operations Oversight: Manage forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking to optimize sales processes and meet revenue targets.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, merchandising, and product development teams to ensure alignment on brand strategy and new product launches.Reporting & Analysis: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights to guide decision-making and enhance sales effectiveness.About You:Proven experience in a National Sales Manager role or similar, ideally within footwear or apparel.Strong understanding of retail and wholesale sales channels, with a record of driving growth and managing key accounts.Exceptional leadership skills, with a passion for motivating and developing a successful sales team.Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.What We Offer:Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.Opportunities for career progression and professional development.A vibrant and collaborative work culture within a globally recognized brand.If you're passionate about leading a well-loved brand to new heights and making an impact within the footwear industry, we'd love to hear from you.
