Accounts Receivable/Credit Controller
We have an excellent opportunity for a dynamic person to join our Administration team in the role of Accounts Receivable/Credit Controller.

We are a leading provider of Automation and Control solutions for all mobile equipment in the mining industry and have an extensive range of solutions spanning five sub-brands, all of which deliver our clients increased productivity, profitability and safety.
The Position
As Accounts Receivable/Credit Controller, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following key responsibilities:
Manage customer account information, ledger transactions and monitor credit limits / terms Process credit applications including reference checks, approvals and recommend credit limits across RCT's group.
Review orders on credit hold and provide reports to managers and sales team as required Daily receipting and allocation of transactions Follow up collection telephone calls to clients on overdue accounts Provide regular reports on specific customer account issues and follow through to resolution Investigate and resolve customer queries in a timely manner.
Upload invoices into customer portals, e.g Ariba Weekly reporting analysis of trial balances/bad debts Manage system email outs of statements and monthly overdue letters Assist implementing procedures / processes to drive change as required Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders General administration duties as requested The Ideal Person
A minimum of 3+ years' accounts receivable & credit control experience Pronto experience would be an advantage The ability to work independently with minimal supervision; Outstanding organisational and time management skills with a systematic approach to their tasks to ensure tight deadlines and KPIs are met; The ability to communicate in a clear, concise and professional manner; Highly developed problem-solving skills; Proficient in Excel.
The ability to work as a team.
Exposure to international accounts (USA/Canada) would be desirable.
