Position: Accounts Receivable OfficerLocation: North SydneyContract Type: Contract or TempStart Date: ImmediateSalary: 35.86phAbout The Company:You will be working for an Australian owned, online platform based in Sydney, specializing in thoroughbred auctions.
They are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer who will be able to perform receivable duties whilst ensuring customer satisfaction.The Role:Managing all aspects of Accounts Receivable with a high volume of transactionsReview credit applications and maintain customer filesCollection of payments, receipts, and allocationReview and reconciliation of customer accountsQuery resolution for accounts and invoice inquiriesEnsuring customers keep within approved terms and identify riskWeekly and monthly reporting and invoice finance reconciliationsPerformance reports for salesAccounting tasks as directed by the Financial ControllerTo Be Successful for the Role:2+ years' experience of working within AccountsExcellent Communication Skills both written and verbalStrong attention to detail and a proactive natureBackground in Accounting, Finance, or related fields is preferredPossess the highest standard of ethics, confidentiality & professionalismPositive, can-do attitudeWHVs are welcome to applyWe encourage all applicants, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, people with disability, LGBTIQ+, and culturally diverse communities.If this sounds like something you are looking for, please give Julie a call on or email your resume to: #J-18808-Ljbffr
