The Campaign Business Delivery Manager is accountable for the design and execution of campaigns to achieve business objectives of optimising the value and retaining the existing customer base.As a Campaign Business Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of campaigns and communications through AGL's decisioning and comms automation platforms; planning and prioritising activity to meet business timelines and ensuring continuously high-quality execution.What you'll be doing:Collaborating across customer markets to develop integrated communication strategies and driving an orchestrated omni-channel approach highlights innovation and a customer-centric focus.Maintaining high project standards, ensuring accountability, and tracking value underscores a commitment to excellence and measurable success.Leading cross-functional teams, fostering high performance, and supporting professional growth makes this role appealing for those passionate about leadership and team development.Establishing a culture of open communication, accountability, and commercial focus fosters a dynamic and empowering workplace.Driving process improvements and operational efficiencies while acting as a gatekeeper for quality and value appeals to those who thrive on optimizing performance.About You:Strong business acumen with the ability to negotiate, articulate technical capabilities in business terms for non-technical audiences, and deliver excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.Adaptive leadership skills to foster productive team dynamics, set focus, and drive teams toward value delivery while managing cross-functional collaboration effectively.Proven success in delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods, with experience in digital marketing technologies (e.g., Adobe, PEGA, ACS), reporting, and value tracking.High attention to detail with the capability to manage regulatory compliance for direct marketing activities involving customer data.Strong organizational skills with the flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and meet evolving business needs.At AGL, we offer a wide range of benefits including:Flexible working options including hybrid work.Discounts on energy, telcos and solar plans.Participate in Energise - our reward & recognition program.Access 20 weeks of paid parental leave for the primary carer.Access to an additional week of recharge leave per year.Play an active role in our diversity & inclusion initiatives.Novated leasing and Electric Vehicle subscriptions.Access to study assistance, AGL's share purchase plan and insurance deals.
