About the Role This role is responsible for providing strategic advice, guidance and operational expertise on a wide range of topics focusing on Workplace Relations.
This role is the subject matter expert on Industrial Relations within the organisation across Australia and New Zealand.
The incumbent will play the lead role in the negotiation of all current Enterprise Agreements, Collective Agreements, Greenfield Agreements and the resolution of Workplace Relation disputes.
This role will represent or coordinate representation for Holcim in the Australian Fair Work Commission, the Australian Human Rights Tribunal, the New Zealand Employment Court and other employment related jurisdictions as required.
This role will work in close collaboration with the Head of People & Culture Business Partnering to ensure all employment matters are soundly managed.
About You Degree educated in either Business or LawA minimum of 7 years' experience in a senior Industrial relations roleA strong knowledge and understanding of all employment related legislationThe ability to build trust and credible relationships and be a strong influencer without line authorityPrior experience working predominantly in a large, complex, multi-site blue collar organisationPlease apply above or reach out to Bo Campbell for a further confidential discussion.
