Job DescriptionDevelop and foster effective working relationships between all relevant internal stakeholders within the Lendi Group business, our panel lenders and strategic partners.Work with lender and strategic partners to ensure sharing of best practices and optimisation of customer and business outcomes for both parties.Encourage and manage engagement with internal Lendi Group staff through building strong relationships and driving a high-performance culture.Work closely with strategic partners to fully understand business and strategic priorities and develop joint initiatives to derive mutual business and customer benefits from these.Effectively manage the delivery of our market-leading Lendi Group Partnership Program to ensure that mutual value is derived, and strategic objectives of the program are achieved.Proactively demonstrate the ROI to lenders and ensure all elements of the program are executed according to commitments made to each partner.QualificationsExperience in a senior relationship management role – mortgage industry.Demonstrate a high level of communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders (internal and external).Ability to understand the unique Aussie sales model and culture and provide support to the team as required at all levels.Ability to work under pressure and organise priorities to meet deadlines.A team player who values participation and leadership over individualism.Additional InformationWe're Flex First, which means we've fully embraced flexible working from home and have metropolitan city offices for those who do want to work from the office.We offer extended Paid Parental Leave: we celebrate our growing Lendi Group family with up to 26 weeks leave for primary carers and up to 4 weeks for secondary carers.An additional week's Loyalty Leave each year after reaching 3 years' service.We are a people-first company that invests in initiatives to promote a healthy work environment, such as offering an Employee Assistance Program and social groups such as our industry-leading Women in Technology group.
