This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Payroll Manager to join their team on the Sunshine Coast.If you are a dedicated Payroll Manager, with multi-national experience, looking for a role where you will be a key player in driving payroll capabilities, and be a part of an exciting period of growth, this is the role for you
You will enjoy a role that is hands-on, work with a dynamic team, and be involved in building the global payroll function.About the role: Oversee and manage payroll operations globallyManage the timely and accurate payment of employee remuneration and entitlements.Development and implementation of payroll strategy and systemsManage key stakeholder relationships with providersKeeping up to date with current payroll legislationDevelop, establish, implement, and review payroll policies and procedures on an ongoing basis.High level understanding, interpretation, and application of Modern Awards and Agreements.Perform regular quality control audits and payroll reporting.Other ad hoc projects and tasks within the scope of the role.About you:To be successful for the role, you must demonstrate the following:Demonstrated experience (minimum 5 years) in the position accountabilities for a large, multi-site organization.Experience managing a multi-national payrollStrong analysis and problem-solving skillsAn excellent eye for detailExceptional written and verbal communication skillsExcellent numeracy skills, including high-level investigative analysis and interpretationExtensive knowledge of the full payroll function, procedures, legislation, and compliance.What's on offer?Work for a rapidly growing organization and leader in their fieldDynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced environmentOffice based on the Sunshine Coast (onsite role)Up to $150k + super based on experience.If this role sounds like you, and you have the desired experience, skillset, and attitude to match, please APPLY NOW for immediate consideration, or contact Kristina Radin on , for a confidential discussion.
