We are seeking a Full Time, Ongoing Payroll Manager to join our People and Culture team located in Bendigo, Victoria.Reporting to the People Operations Lead, this new role will manage the centralised payroll team and lead the end-to-end functions of payroll whilst ensuring appropriate governance and compliance with legislation, policies, and industrial instruments.You will be integral to the project and change management activity required as we transition to a core centralised HR and Payroll system over the next few years.You will have:Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalentExtensive payroll experience in a large organisationProven experience in payroll management or supervisory rolesStrong ability to adapt to new technologiesProficiency in configuring payroll systems, payroll processing, and payroll analyticsWhat CESL can offer you:Opportunity to adapt and grow the team according to evolving needsWork with a friendly and supportive teamHybrid working - 2 days a week from homeGenerous additional leave over Christmas in addition to 4 weeks annual leaveAttractive remuneration packageAbout Catholic Education Sandhurst Limited (CESL)CESL is situated in Central and Northeastern Victoria, home to 52 Catholic schools with over 3000 staff in large regional centres and small vibrant townships.About BendigoWith a population of over 120,000, Bendigo is a thriving regional city located only 150km northwest of Melbourne (90-minute train ride).
