Head of Commercial – Lead, Innovate, and Drive Success at Lagardère AWPL
Lead and inspire teams across category management, marketing, and e-commerce Own the Commercial Team P&L, delivering significant sales and profit targets Collaborate closely with design and operations to enhance store concepts and customer experiences Working closely with our senior leadership team, you will play a critical role leading our commercial strategy for our business.
You will drive innovation to maximize revenue streams, whilst shaping the future of travel retail experiences.

As Head of Commercial , you will lead and inspire teams across category management, marketing, and e-commerce, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading, mentoring, and inspiring teams across category management, marketing, and e-commerce Driving a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance Owning the Commercial Team P&L, delivering sales and profit targets in line with budgets Monitoring category performance, leveraging data to optimize pricing, product mix, and promotions Utilising data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions and manage risks and opportunities effectively Collaborating closely with design and operations teams to bring store concepts to life, ensuring aesthetic, functional, and commercial excellence Ensuring stores deliver a seamless customer experience by working closely with other business units and operations To excel in this role, you should have:
A proven track record in commercial leadership roles, with deep retail experience and if you have travel retail exposure, that will be welcomed
