Living Unlimited, a leading furniture retailer, is currently seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team.

About Us Living Unlimited is a vertically integrated, omnichannel retailer of homewares and furniture specialising in leather lounges and outdoor furniture.
We're the home of some of Australia's leading brands including Lavita Outdoor, Lounge Life and Sofa Lab.

Since 2009, we've grown from a small online retailer to seven bricks-and-mortar stores and two distribution centres in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane with more store openings planned presently.

We're creating a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement with the goal of crafting a modern furniture retailer that bridges the gap between ecommerce and physical stores.

The Role As a Sales Consultant at Living Unlimited, you'll play a pivotal role in creating seamless and exceptional customer experiences.
Your journey begins by warmly welcoming customers and offering guidance and orientation.
Building rapport and establishing a connection with customers is crucial to understanding their specific requirements.

Your expertise lies in identifying and exploring customers' needs, diving deeper into their preferences and aspirations.
You'll skillfully navigate our extensive range of products, materials, and services, guiding customers towards the solutions that best align with their unique requirements.

Nurturing the customer relationship is a key aspect of your role.
You'll maintain contact with customers, providing ongoing assistance and sharing our unique selling propositions.
By addressing any concerns, setting realistic expectations, and providing reassurance, you will create an atmosphere of trust and confidence.
At the end, you'll simply ask the customer for the sale.

As a Sales Consultant, your guidance extends beyond the purchase.
You'll accompany customers throughout their entire journey with us, ensuring their satisfaction even after the sale.
By building and maintaining strong customer relationships, you'll cultivate loyalty and create lasting connections.

Tasks & Responsibilities Meet and exceed sales targets for profit, revenue, conversion rate, and average order value Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products and suggest improvements to product and sales processes Develop and nurture leads through various channels including in-store, online, and over the phone Clearly understand and follow the sales process Customer Service: Welcome customers to the store and respond to their inquiries in-store, online, and over the phone Establish and maintain good customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction Service existing accounts and demonstrate a clear understanding of company policy Administration: Ensure all orders and customer information are entered correctly and accurately in the system Maintenance: Ensure the showroom and products are well presented and tidy Ensure showroom products are displayed with correct price tags Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales and customer feedback to the Store Manager/Team Leader Qualifications Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred but not necessary Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and time management skills An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
