The Opportunity
Join Veolia ANZ in Pyrmont 2009, as a Projects and Engineering Manager, where you'll lead our team to deliver exceptional project outcomes across NSW and the ACT.
As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to develop and lead a high performing team of project and engineering delivery resources, while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business success.

Lead a team to achieve time, cost, and quality objectives Oversee a portfolio of projects up to $30M per project typically, ensuring seamless technical, commercial, and SHEQ integration Contribute to ecological transformation through the delivery of projects benefiting our environment Inspire and develop high performing teams through expert coaching and mentoring Flexible work arrangements, including the option to work a 4 day week What you'll be responsible for
Lead and coordinate project delivery teams to achieve project objectives Ensure seamless project execution through effective change management and stakeholder alignment Drive project success through technical, commercial, and operational expertise Provide regular progress updates and identify areas for improvement Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth Develop and motivate a high performing team to deliver exceptional results What you'll need to be successful
Bachelor of Engineering or other relevant tertiary qualifications Experience in technical services consulting, design, project delivery, and contractor management Demonstrated ability to manage projects up to approx.
$20 million Previous experience with commercial and contract management Experience in operations preferred A Veolia Career
