The Opportunity
Join Veolia ANZ in Pyrmont 2009, as a Projects and Engineering Manager, where you'll lead our team to deliver exceptional project outcomes across NSW and the ACT.
As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to develop and lead a high performing team of project and engineering delivery resources, while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business success.
What's on offer Lead a team to achieve time, cost, and quality objectivesOversee a portfolio of projects up to $30M per project typically, ensuring seamless technical, commercial, and SHEQ integrationContribute to ecological transformation through the delivery of projects benefiting our environmentInspire and develop high performing teams through expert coaching and mentoringFlexible work arrangements, including the option to work a 4 day weekWhat you'll be responsible for Lead and coordinate project delivery teams to achieve project objectivesEnsure seamless project execution through effective change management and stakeholder alignmentDrive project success through technical, commercial, and operational expertiseProvide regular progress updates and identify areas for improvementFoster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growthDevelop and motivate a high performing team to deliver exceptional resultsWhat you'll need to be successful Bachelor of Engineering or other relevant tertiary qualificationsExperience in technical services consulting, design, project delivery, and contractor managementDemonstrated ability to manage projects up to approx.
