Site Manager

If you're a Site Manager who lives and breathes high-end, one-off single dwellings, we need to talk. It takes a unique site manager to deliver these builds.
They take time, finesse, patience, and a high level of detail and focus.
But you know this already.
The role has been created due to the company winning multiple projects.
A number of projects, all one-off designs with values up to $10m, are set to commence in the new year.
The business has been a specialist in high-end builds for close to 10 years, delivering exceptional architecturally designed homes from Melbourne to Portsea.
The company intentionally restricts the number of projects it undertakes at once, enabling the director and management to devote the necessary time and attention to each project.
Now, due to reputation and time in the game, the business is expanding.
They are a tight team who work closely together, and finding the right personality is paramount.
Cultural alignment is everything.
Minimum Requirements: At least four years of experience as the sole Site Manager working on similar builds in the high-end residential space with values up to $10m.Basement and off-form concrete experience is a must.The salary on offer is up to a $180k package.
