Aerison is recognised for our specialist expertise in environmental services, dust and fume extraction, dust suppression, emission mitigation performance studies, compliance testing and custom designed and built solutions engineered to reduce the impact of industry on the environment.
Your New Role with Aerison: We are seeking a talented, highly motivated and organised team member to join our Site Administration Department - specifically to support our team working at RIO TINTO's Tom Price site.
This is a 2:1 roster which may be worked onsite or from Perth - Each day will be different depending on site activities; however, your core responsibilities will include:
Mobilisation (booking travel and accommodation via TRS - Sus Caps).Updating manning schedules and drafting rosters.Recording timesheets.Completing consumables stock takes, orders and maintaining cost control.Ensure compliance within Rapid Crews and Client CRM Portals.Raising Purchase Orders, seeking approvals for invoicing and job orders.Co-ordination of cyclical qualification training/ DAS/ medical reviews etc.Assist in preparing (or preparation of data for) detailed forecasting, and analysis reporting.Ad-hoc document formatting in alignment with project scope and requirements.The perks and benefits for you: 30% uplift on your base salary when attending site.Options to salary sacrifice and novate lease vehicles.Travel and Gym Membership Discounts.Annual remuneration reviews.Immediate access to our EAP for yourself and your immediate family members.Continued training and or vocational development.About You: Our Values - SAFETY | INTEGRITY | UNITY | INNOVATION & DELIVERY are the cornerstone to our success.
