This is a full-time position based in Queensland, with a hybridized work environment, including WFH and Office based work, and offers opportunities to grow and develop within the company.The successful candidate must hold an AHPRA registered qualification as a Nurse or Paramedic.As a Division Manager, you would oversee an entire division within our organization. Your duties would include strategic planning, implementing policies, coordinating all divisional functions, and managing staff to ensure operational efficiency and growth.Who are we?Risk 2 Solution (R2S) is a diverse group with a proven track record of providing professional services and operational solutions to the education, energy and resources sectors, Federal, State and Local government, and a multitude of private and publicly listed companies across Australia and internationally.Your tasks as a divisional manager would include:Setting objectives and strategies for the division based on company goalsControlling expenditure based on budget providedManaging and overseeing daily operations within the divisionCoordinating with other managers and staff to implement policies and proceduresTraining and managing staff within the divisionProviding regular feedback and supportPromoting a healthy and inclusive team cultureEnsuring compliance with company policies and relevant legal regulationsEvaluating the success of the division and reporting on divisional performance to senior managementManagement of shifts and staff rostersImplementing innovative strategies to improve internal processes and enhance employee and customer satisfactionMaintaining strong relationships with key clients, vendors, and other stakeholdersIdentifying risks and opportunities for the division and managing them accordinglyIs this a fit for you?Risk 2 Solution is a place where people enjoy working.
