Our ACAS team are growing and we have an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Service team. These roles are based in Central Sydney.What will your role look like?Our Customer Service Officer will provide strong and efficient administration support to the organisation.Day to day this includes:Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone to clients and representativesConduct all client interactions in a professional, knowledgeable, and supportive mannerRespond promptly to emails from all stakeholdersProvide strong administrative support to ACAS staff to ensure operational effectivenessEscalate complaints to the Customer Care Team Leader in a timely fashionAssist clients with inquiries related to My Aged Care and assessment outcomesMail My Aged Care support plans and Delegate decision outcome notices to clientsConduct monthly client surveys to gather feedback and improve servicesMaintain currency of knowledge relating to aged care services both funded and non-fundedAssist with continuous improvement frameworks to regularly evaluate administrative processesTo be successful in this role you'll need:A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderlyCommitment to excellence in customer service, both to internal and external stakeholdersExperience with My Aged Care portal and the aged care and/or community service sectorExcellent communication skills, written, verbal and listeningExcellent planning, organizing and problem-solving skillsWillingness to apply for a Police CheckWhat we can offer you:Competitive hourly pay rateNot-for-profit tax benefits so you pay less taxFitness Passport discounted gym membershipsPaid Parental leaveLong Service leave after 5 yearsApply online nowAged Care Assessment Services acknowledges the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the lands on which we live, work and dream.
