The builder: My client is an ASX listed builder and developer who are known for delivering major projects across the commercial and residential sectors including delivering CBD high projects.
A market leader in employee wellbeing, staff development and flexibility they are known for delivering landmark projects in Sydney.
The successful applicant will be joining a well-resourced team under the guidance of a well-known contracts manager who is considered a great mentor working on a once in a lifetime mixed use project worth $1B in Sydney CBD.
This project is only just commencing so you will be responsible for managing some of the major trade packages and assisting with head contract management.
Role & Responsibilities: Letting & vetting of sub-contractor packages Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors and stakeholders Negotiate agreements striving for win win outcomes Tracking of project expenditure against budget Responsible for lodging progress claims Your Background: Ideally have 3 to 5 years' experience with a commercial builder Experience on projects upwards of $50M Ability to communicate effectively Display the right attitude Able to work in a team environment and drive outcomes A strong commercial mindset and ability to negotiate You will receive: Best in market benefits and bonuses Excellent mentoring and gain valuable experience Vast career options Variety of projects to further your reputation in the industry Roles likes this don't come round often so if you are interested please reach out to Gaby Scott on 0466901687 for a confidential conversation or send your CV to ******.
