POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Sales Director ANZ, the Sales Manager will be responsible for the execution of the ANZ Sales strategy in Queensland through sales development and account management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the growth of the Domestic Sales portfolio through the acquisition of new clients.
Responsible for the new business budget of designated territories.
Regularly review territories and undertake market analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Build a pipeline of contracted future business and target future business.
Project manage group deal rollouts in designated territory.
Proactively lead, manage, and execute the entire Sales Lifecycle from introduction to first product delivery.
Able to identify and contact decision makers at hotels for in person meetings.
Lead and deliver sales presentations to decision makers, focusing on hotel and brand alignment.
Be across contracts for designated territories including start and end dates, renewal dates, agreed pricing structure, invoices corresponding to contracted prices, etc.
Lead product training sessions with new clients.
Identify upselling opportunities with existing hotel partners to drive revenue growth.
Ensure regular touch points / call cycles with hotel partners.
Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and clients through regular meetings.
Provide our Marketing Team key partnership opportunities within territory.
Maintain detailed knowledge of VANITY GROUP's brand portfolio.
Create and maintain customer folders in Internal Drive.
Ensure SalesForce data has accurate records and detailed information on all client accounts.
When securing New Clients; forecast stock to Demand Planner.
Review expiring and slow-moving inventory, and identify avenues where this can be sold.
Responsible for samples to be sent to clients in your territory.
Review current pricing with Pricing Team for designated territory.
Develop monthly reporting to track sales to target and revenue growth.
Quarterly presentation of KPIs.
Maintain a high level of professionalism with stakeholders at all times.
Manage upwards, articulating delays / roadblocks to senior management.
Lead through the Company's values, coaching, supporting, and providing feedback to the team when required.
Minimum 4 years' proven experience in sales and/or account management role.
Ideal experience in hospitality and/or beauty industry.
Strong experience delivering sales and product presentations at an Executive level.
Strong administration skills with a customer focused background.
Working knowledge of Salesforce.
Proficient in MS Office and strong focus on excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced negotiation and influencing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team under strict deadlines.
