Key to the organisation's success and sustainability has been attracting people who are motivated to make meaningful contributions through the delivery of exceptional customer experiences and outcomes.The OpportunityReporting directly to the Chief People & Culture Officer, this newly created P&C Business Partner role offers an exciting opportunity to provide hands-on P&C support to leaders and their teams in the Membership Growth & Experience team, focusing on retail, contact centres, and credit assessments to enhance employee experience and operational outcomes.Key responsibilities include:Operational Support: Provide leaders with advice and support across all aspects of People & Culture, including employee relations and HR processes.Employee & Industrial Relations: Support with employee relations matters, including investigations, performance management, and industrial relations, with a focus on awards, agreements, and union collaboration.Policy & Compliance: Maintain and update policies aligned with best practices and legal standards; prepare compliance reports.Cyclical HR Processes: Support key HR activities such as performance reviews, remuneration reviews, and workforce planning.Engagement & Wellbeing: Assist with initiatives to enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and workplace satisfaction.Health & Safety: Oversee workplace health and safety strategies and support injury management processes.To Be SuccessfulThis role is ideal for a dynamic, forward-thinking P&C professional with a well-rounded generalist skill set.
You are collaborative, solutions-focused, and adept at managing relationships at all levels.Key capabilities required include:A minimum of three years of HR, Organisational Development, or Industrial Relations Management experience.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.Comprehensive knowledge of HR legislation, awards, and industry standards.Proven ability to manage day-to-day HR processes and foster employee engagement.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to execute effectively.Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or related fields.The BenefitsJoin a progressive organisation that places equal value on people and purpose.
