Work amongst our dedicated and passionate sales and service functions to establish and lead a brand entrant to the Australian Material Handling marketWhat we offer:Ongoing support for your professional career development.Generous Salary Packaging: Salary + Commission + Vehicle + Mobile Phone + Laptop.Work alongside industry professionals.A well-structured induction training program to set you up for success from day one.Tasks and Qualifications:Your Main responsibilities:Manage, support and develop the retail team, to ensure their activities result in the achievement of budgets and targets in compliance with corporate goals and objectives.Establish and lead a new brand entrant to the Australian Material Handling market.Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.To present, promote and sell products and services to external customers while providing support to Sales and Service.Drive New, Used and STR Order intake and ensure financial results are met in line with budget.Conduct regular sales meetings and track compliance to sales procedures in dealing with customers and prospective customers.Requirements for success:Experience in the Material Handling equipment sales or related industries within Australia.Demonstrated success in building and developing a brand.Experience in sales leadership and execution of successful sales strategies.Desirable tertiary qualifications including Degree in Sales and Marketing, Management Certificate, Advanced Sales Management, Courses, Basic Finance.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.If this role sounds like your next big opportunity, please send through a copy of your current resume and cover letter.Please note, a pre-employment medical and reference checks are a part of our recruitment process.We do not accept unsolicited resumes from agencies.LMHAU is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
