General Manager Residential Aged Care

Our client is a well-regarded, non-profit aged care provider delivering a range of aged care services to the community.
Highly regarded for their commitment to service excellence, the provider truly values their staff and sees them as an intrinsic part of their sustained success.
Reporting to the CEO and forming part of the Executive, the successful candidate will be pivotal in the organisation achieving their strategic goals.
Responsible for the leadership and management of the aged care services, and supporting the managers at each of the facilities, the incumbent will be focused on the implementation of best practice leadership and management strategies that result in a viable, quality-focused service to residents.
Well supported in the role, the successful candidate will also have management responsibility for both the Sales and funding teams.
The successful candidate will be tertiary qualified in health, business, or a related discipline and will have a highly developed knowledge of contemporary aged care.
In addition, proven experience in a senior management role, gained from a multi-site residential aged care environment, is essential as is a sound commercial acumen and a holistic knowledge of the legislative and procedural frameworks that underpin the sector.
