We are truly a full-service digital marketing agency.What you'll be doingManaging both new and existing client relationships.Developing strategies, planning, and reporting on digital projects, both new and ongoing.Overseeing the entire project lifecycle and handling the technical queries of clients in projects.Ensuring clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion.Communicating client needs and demands to the employer company and forecasting and tracking client account metrics.Managing projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals. Utilizing analytics to drive campaign effectiveness and deliver strategic insights.Collaborating closely with both internal team members and external partners to craft seamless digital experiences.You'll need to haveIn-depth understanding of digital production, marketing channels, and platforms, including paid media and SEO.Proven experience in the digital marketing industry.Background in account management or comprehensive project management.Technical understanding of SEO (strategy, on/off-page): track/analyze SEO performance, lead/implement technical SEO audits, research/take initiatives on new SEO practices.Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and Google Business Profile optimization, proficiency with WordPress/Shopify CMS, Magento, Neto, and familiarity with coding languages (CSS, PHP, HTML).Understanding of other digital marketing specialties, e.g., SEM, CRO, CRM, and digital advertising.Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written English.Strong organizational skills, able to monitor progress and adapt quickly, make quick decisions, and set priorities.Ability to manage multiple accounts.Account management experience in a digital agency is preferred.The company values diversity and believes it is a real strength across our teams.
